 Allow the Body to Rest

In your routine you should allow at least one off day every week so that your body has enough time to recuperate. Since Bodybuilding involves a lot of strain on your muscles, there can be minor wear and tear over the week of exercise and this rest day allows the body the time to fix such issues

 To maximaize weight loss and muscle building it is best to consume five to six small meals per day. Each meal should contain a choice from each of the three food groups; carbohydrates, protein and fats. For optimal results a caloric imbalance should be employed.

 please remember a supplement is something added to the diet to make up for a nutritional deficiency or imbalance they are not intended to substitute for eating a balanced diet. If they are to be taken at all they should only be used to supplement the diet and not replace it.
